Certified Holistic Health Coach
I'm a little bit awkward (especially in photos), but I love people and I LOVE to learn. I over use exclamation marks in emails and social media posts, and I adore my people (family and friends that have become my chosen family). I have been passionate about a whole life (holistic) approach to health before I knew what holistic health even was. Since 2015 I've been trying to figure out how to turn my dream of helping people live their best lives, into a career.
I discovered coaching in 2020, when, like the rest of the world, I started evaluating everything in my life. I have loved every part of my education journey, which continues today (did I mention I love to learn?). One of my favourite things about coaching is that it allows me to work one on one with people, really getting to know them, listening to them, and helping them reach their goals.
If you chose me to be your coach, it would be an honour to embark on this journey with you. To be the person to help you get to where you want to go. Sometimes just knowing you have someone in your corner helps you take the first steps in the right direction. My goal is for you to feel safe with you when you are with me. No judgements, only new perspectives. Listening and guiding, allowing for your own personal growth through moments of mindfulness and being. Through looking at where you are and where you'd like to be. Sometimes you need someone to hold space for you and validate your experience, and sometimes you need someone calling you out on your own self-sabotaging behaviour, while being there for you to create a new pattern so that you can thrive. Everyone's needs, journey, and experiences are unique.
During your coaching journey with me, you may learn about mindfulness practices, neuroscience-based tools, nature therapy, functional nutrition, grounding techniques, best sleep practices, EFT, or tracking your natural rhythms and cycles to perform at your best. Your plan may include meditation, goal-setting, visualization tools, nature walks, helping you build a meal plan, working on improving sleep, movement, or referrals to complementary & alternative health practitioners.
I received my Advance Diploma in Holistic Health Coaching through the MindFoodBody Institute. I chose this program specifically because of the science-based approach to holistic health and mind/body wellness. I have further certifications in Functional Nutrition, Healthy Weight & Intuitive Eating, and am a certified Mind-Body Practitioner. I also have additional training in Stress and Anxiety Management, Reflexology, and have my Kidney Health Coach certification through the American Kidney Foundation. I am passionate about helping people take control of their health and wellbeing, and love seeing my clients progress through their personal program while learning more about themselves, gaining confidence, and building new skills along the way.

Online or in person at community programs in Central Alberta, group coaching programs are an affordable option for those looking to connect with motivated, like minded individuals in a small group setting while we work on achieving a shared goal.
